Oakley and Sami

Meet the dams of the Schoolhouse Pups!

Sami with a bow

Sami

Sami face

Sami is an F1 golden doodle. Her mother is a registered Golden Retriever and her father is a purebred poodle.

She is very friendly, and loves her family! She is always so excited to see you! She is active, and loves to run in the mountains and play, but is calm at home and doesn't fuss. She gets along with other dogs (and humans!) well and she is very well-disciplined.

Sami has beautiful red coloring and a long, poodle-like snout. She isn't too curly and has a look and demeanor that is more like a retriever than a poodle. She is slender and weighs about 40 pounds.
She is a wonderful mother! She has taken very good care of her puppies and has a pleasant, mother-like personality.

Dixie

Dixie is a papered Bernese Mountain Dog. Her parents came from Switzerland where this breed was originally bred to guard over livestock in mountain weather conditions. She loves the winter and the snow! She is the smallest of her litter, only about 80 lbs. She loves to jump and play and be affectionate. Her favorite game is to force herself through your legs even if your heals are together - doesn't mind at all if she about knocks you over in the process.

On top of that, she has the most gorgeous coat. Hobbes has special eyes for Dixie - we think she is probably his favorite dame as they spend a lot of time together.

Oakley sees you!

Oakley

Oakley is comfy

Oakley is an F1b Goldendoodle. Her mother is an F1 and her father is a purebred poodle. This variety of Goldendoodle is more hypoallergenic than F1s but one poodle mix away from F1bb which is the most hypoallergenic of the goldendoodle mix.

She is so smart and affectionate!  She is arguably our most athletic breed. She is so graceful and powerful. And like other Goldendoodles she is all weather and all terrain. Plays in the snow and the summer - running, swimming, or lounging.

Oakley kind of thinks she is the boss. She gets her way a lot but sometimes the others will let her know that she isn't always the Queen of the hill.

She is the most ready to hunt - she loves to rough and tumble with our youngest son and will chase and hunt small animals (and chickens) if you let her.
